1. Acceptance
By using jyotishworld.com and paying for a consultation you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
JyotishWorld offers astrological guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology, prepared by Shashi Kant Singhal. Each paid consultation covers one question, answered by email only. We do not offer phone calls, live calls or WhatsApp consultations.
3. Dakshina (fee)
- The dakshina for one consultation question is ₹501 (Indian Rupees), as shown on the website at the time of payment.
- It is paid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successful.
- The dakshina is a token of respect for the time, study and effort involved. It is not a payment for a guaranteed outcome.
4. Delivery
This is a digital service. Your answer or report is sent to the email address you provide, generally in 7 days after we receive your question and payment. This is an effort-based estimate and not a fixed guarantee; some questions may need more time. Nothing is shipped physically.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate birth details (date, time and place). The quality of the answer depends on them.
- Give a valid email address and check your spam folder.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

The content of this website and the answers or reports we send you are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or publish them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JyotishWorld and Shashi Kant Singhal are not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions you make based on the guidance provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the dakshina you paid for that consultation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
